Hurricane Ida Flood Damage Information 9-7-2021

We hope this message finds you well. Last week, Hurricane Ida hit most New Jersey areas hard. Townships, residents, and businesses all over the state are still trying to recover from the devastation that occurred. We are using this post today to reach out to all our customers and try to give them information and direct them in regards to for damages from Hurricane Ida. If you have an email on file, you will be receiving this information today as well.
After the damages that Hurricane Ida left most homes and businesses, we have been receiving a lot of calls about disposal of flood damaged items/materials. Please, understand that flood damage items/materials need to be disposed of differently than household trash and approved bulk items. Flood damaged items and materials, we can only supply roll-off container service rental (as inventory is available).
Please understand flood damaged items/material cannot be collected with your regular collection service packages nor considered bulk collection. Just like Hurricane Sandy, townships and counties have put out information to their communities already about collection and disposal of flood damage items/materials. Below is information we have gathered for our customer base about what your town/county is providing for you currently. Please note that this information will be updated hourly/daily by your township, and you need to contact your township for the most updated information available.

We again are very sorry for any devastation you have received from Hurricane Ida. We hope this information above helps to assist with your recovery. We would advise to reach out and actively check your townships pages for the most updated information. Again note for damages due to the Hurricane Ida, we would only be able to rent roll-off containers for flood damaged items/materials (as inventory is available).Please understand flood damaged items/material cannot be collected
with your regular collection service packages nor considered bulk collection.
Please remember a few general guidelines on normal collection:
- Household solid waste should be placed outside the night before to ensure collection.
- Please have all household trash bagged and placed inside of your container.
- Any items outside your container or Bulk collection needs to be scheduled with the office before putting out.
